Sinopsis
Mike Banning (Gerard Butler) es un agente del Servicio Secreto estadounidense que, tras un accidente de coche en el que únicamente puede salvar la vida del presidente Asher (Aaron Eckhart), decide dejarlo para trabajar en el Departamento del Tesoro. Pero cuando un comando coreano liderado por Kang (Rick Yune) ataca la Casa Blanca tomando como rehenes al Presidente y su equipo, Banning se verá obligado a entrar de nuevo en acción.
